Section 2.08 - When Referees Neglect to Appear: When the designated Referee(s) hasn't showed up through the scheduled start here we are at a game title, the house team should contact the aware Referee Assignor. If your alternative Referee isn't provided, the coaches of both teams should mutually agree with a person to do as an alternative Referee. If mutual agreement can't be arrived at on one person, each team may nominate one person to do something as substitute Referees, who'll collectively officiate the overall game. Likewise, if Assistant Referees neglect to appear, the teams shall provide substitute Assistant Referees. Each substitute Referee may have the authority from the regular Referee and will also be paid out the right fee.
